Text of Complaint by Aditi:

I have 5 numbers of vodafone. in month of July I changed my plan and registered all 5 numers in one family pack. as per family pack one number is registered as primary number and rest 4 will be added as secondary numbers. company issue bill against primary number. in my case they have issued bill for all 5 numbers. I have registered for auto debit bill payment with bank so vodafone sent all 5 bills to bank and collected my payments 5 times. i raised complain for same with call center as well as mailed them. no one gives satisfactory reply. now they say excess payment will be adjusted in future. why? who has given them right to charged me for future? who are they to decide about my money?

I want my money back credited to my bank account. secondly if we make late payment vodafone charges late payment fees and interest same way even I want interest on my excess payment. I want my money back on urgent basis.
