Text of Complaint by Rameshchandra Tiwari:

My customer account no.150764858 and meter no.10600768. There is no one in the house from past 2 months, all the electrical equipment’s are shut, I don’t understand how am I getting such high bill, at previous month I have paid assuming that there might be sum roundup left to be done. Now they are changing without any usage this shows how people are cheated right from the beginning
