I had booked a flight ticket to Indore from New Delhi for trip dated 17/07/2019.The invoice mentioned the limit of the baggage per person as 32 kg but I was charged Rs 16400 as excess baggage charges as they said that weight limit for each baggage is 15 kg which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the invoice that I received. Kindly look into the matter.
