Text of Complaint by Dr Jhuumar Sehgal:

I had booked a broadband connection in mahalaxmi nagar, Indore on 27/06/2019.The executive who came to collect the payment helped me to make online payment of RS 2800 assuring me that the connection will be done and activated in 1-2 days but the connection wasn’t done for the next 5 days. Hence I asked the executive to refund me the amount which I haven’t received as yet. Kindly sort this issue out as I’m an old customer of sorrel since many years and am suffering  lot due to the callous attitude of the airtel staff.
