Dear concern,
I mr. Sandeep Soni holding an credit card in Kotak Mahindra bank had made an excess amt of 18000 Rs 1 month back but still they people are not reversing my amount and apart from that Nodal officers are also irresponsible that they don’t know their duty they don’t even bother to reply my mail…
I want my reversal any how and if not then i am not responsible for the concequences.
So its better for Kotak to refund my amt asap or else see what i will do…
