Sir/madam
I am having a DTH connection Subscriber ID: 1115726570 from TATA SKY for the past 7 years. According to latest orders of TRAI I opted FTA channels and some of the Paid channel and my monthly amount would be Rs. 350/- including GST/TAX whatever may be.
But 31/10/2019 when about to recharge the amount through mytatasky.com, i saw the current view list and in that it has been mentioned only Rs. 344/- but i regularly recharge Rs. 419/- When I queried about the excess amount through live chat, they told that due to the activation of Bollywood , Rs. 75/per month has been added in to my account .
After hearing this I shocked since I had not activated the same and without activation, the TATA has compelled to recharge the extra amount for every month.
Due to this type of cheating i donot know how many months I have paid the extra amount.
My compliant is
01. Without my knowledge TATA SKY has activated the Bollywood package for which I have to spend from my pocket which is highly illegal
02. TATA SKY has to refund the amount from which date it has been paid by me to TATA SKY .
