I had paid 6 months advance charges (6541) for airtel broad band connection.
I opted for disconnection very next month as there were repeated n/w issues which were not resolved.

So my advance paid charges should have been returned based on prorate calculation.
Its been over 70 days from disconnection, My excess amount is not refunded
