This was never expected from network service provider like Airtel. I chose to go for a postpaid card because I thought until the rumour that Postpaid billing always hands over a big fat bill to you, I thought Airtel will prove it wrong, but in vain. Since 2 months I am being charged extra amount for using Internet service whereas my plan states that I have a prescribed limit to use my data post which internet speed will be too slow (actually it doesn’t work at all).
I reported this last month where excess amount was waived off but this month again I have been charged for some stupid internet service which I am not liable to pay. And this has driven me here to put it up to you.
Also because of this I wanted to convert my number to prepaid which again (as per Airtel) was only possible by visiting Airtel store and the same was closed since lock down. Hence I was left with no option but to continue with postpaid billing and paying the amount which I actually didn’t want to.
