Dear sir,
Myself Dr. Shivendra Kumar Dwivedi as a customer in vodafone Service Network last 10 years post paid number. My Vodafone Number is 9584783155.
Dated 29.12.20 by mistake my friend has paid 22000 rs in my vodafone postpaid bill excess amount via phone pe number (8109607516). Transaction id no: N2012292006171789444935 and UTR No: 036422323830.
Then today I complained to Vodafone customer care number 198, but he asked if your complaint is registered and your money 22000 rs is transferred in our phonepe account. But your customer care employee mentioned the wrong complaint.
Then again dated 31.12.20 i called customer care 198, he said ur complaint is not registered, then again i have complained registered, and he asked ur amount is refund within 3 days.
Then again I am called after 3 days (dated 03.01.21), he said your amount is refunded within 7 working days with date of registered complaint, mostly 09.01.21.
Then again I called dated 09.01.21, he said your payment is refunded 12.01.21. Then again called 12.01.21, he said our amount is refund 100 percent 16.01.21. Then I am again called, he said i have registered ur call to accelerate and mostly 48 hours ur amount is deposited in my own friend phonepe number.
But the amount is not deposited, I am again called, he said ur amount is deposited 48 hours.
But today dated 21.0.21, I am again called, and talked to Level 1 and Level 2 customer care, he said our amount is refund today evening 06:00 PM.
but I do not believe that our customer cares for our employees and our service. It’s totally fraud to the customer relationship and third class service to the customer relationship. I have more than 12 times to talk to our customer care executive but he and she give the wrong commitment. So I am frustrated and finally go to the police station and consumer forum and my postpaid number is ported to another service provider. So please refund my excess amount 22000 rs today to my friend phonepe number 8109607516.
Your service is very vast to 10 years using ur postpaid customer relationship.
