On (date 23/5/2021) I purchased a motor vehicle from Excel Motors chand bhai dealership (Skoda Laura 2008, Skoda , Laura and registration number MH04DN4595). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because (Dealer Not provide Transfer Paper and it is leaking oil from the engine. The dealer collect car from my house and promise me to refund amount or provide another car but till date the dealer is not provide me the car and also not refund my money ,
. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost (I have kept the car return note as proof).
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 25 oct I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts.
