Hi, I have purchased the Evotech lock from Amazon on Dec18 now every SIX month the software sitting in Chip is getting reset and my configuration getting lost. Then I am unable to configure it again as without successful admin configuration you can’t add user, first time when this happen it was under warranty and I got it replaced but I have bear a cost of sending this product back to Delhi from Gujarat. Now this company is asking money 3000 which is 30% of the lock values now how can I just keep on paying 30% of product values just because the chip seating on product is reliable, I feel it is cheating. I can understand if it is any physical damage then it’s ok here the chip is getting reset every time which is software issue and they said they need to replace complete electric panel every time. I am not happy with this response
