I do an yearly recharge and Tataplay adds Tatabinge to my account without my consent. I found my recharge exhausting and checked the pack it was again added since October. Reached their customer care and even asked them to look into it on social media after which I received the call that it is done from my side. I again died them to remove it they said we can’t do it. This pack cannot be removed through Tataplay app is what I get the message when I try removing it. After much of efforts they told me to download binge app to remove it. Tried that too with their representative on call but this could not be done. The representative told me that he qould get back to me in some time and it’s been 3 days now. They are not willing to remove the pack and have been charging me for a pack that I did not even know I had.
