This is to inform you that my Amazon prime membership is automatically renewed from your company end without any prior intimation. So I’m not going to pay for Amazon prime membership in my total outstanding amount as once I’ll make payment for my outstanding balance amount Amazon prime will get automatically disconnected so I don’t think I should pay for this. Every single day we were getting calls for making bill payment. Language was so rude. They don’t even bother whether customer is in some bad situation. This is rubbish,pathetic,very unprofessional. We are very unhappy with vodafone company. Also note we will make sure nobody should use vodafone connection in our family,friends and every single person whom we know.
