On 26 Nov 2019 online recharge from Airtel money did for RS 347 plan as selected .but in jio sucessfully transaction it too RS 297 and two times recharge .still I was unable to use outgoing services calls ..now jio personal saying as u using different handset u cannot use the service u need to recharge seperate again this is big problem for customers my request is to settle the amount onRs 347 in my account and do the needful to avail the facility .I m unable to use the services and all my out going calls internet is barred. As I m using different handset the plan should be continued with the plan done it should not take jio phone plan as the ail and phone are different as a. Vue added customer I request you to either reverse the amount in Airtel money back .or consider RS 347 plan and activate the no. So that I can use the services without any disruption.
