Text of Complaint by Kirti:

I have ported my Mobile number in the month of Feb and I am still getting a bill payment mails, messages, and calls from their customer care department to pay the bill even though the number has been ported from Vodafone to airtel. Also note that the bill is also double the amount of my monthly bill plan which makes no sense to me.

Kindly help me as I am feeling harassed by the companies aggressive tactics to make me pay the bill.
