Respected sir/ madam i applied a a loan in cool rupee app ( in that loan branch is tica loan ) i replied a bit late so for repaying 3499 the app showed as 4024 when i clicked it redirected me to paytym and one person’s name showed there and i paid there but it’s been 3 days no update atal in the app it’s showing as over due , i contacted with the email id they have given there saying i have paid they ask payment proof and loan details i send them all then too again and again they are asking for correct payment proof and not updating in app as paid atal 
kindly resolve this please. I’m not rich to pay again
