Respected sir/ madam i applied a a loan in cool rupee app ( in that loan branch is tica loan ) i replied a bit late so for repaying 3499 the app showed as 4024 when i clicked it redirected me to paytym and one person’s name showed there and i paid there but it’s been 3 days no update atal in the app it’s showing as over due , i contacted with the email id they have given there saying i have paid they ask payment proof and loan details i send them all then too again and again they are asking for correct payment proof and not updating in app as paid atal 🙏🏻kindly resolve this please. I’m not rich to pay again 🙏🏻
