Myself Prem Shanker Tiwari from Faridabad, Haryana.
I took admission in Geeklurn Edutech Services Pvt Ltd, Banglore for data scientist architecture program course in November 2022.
Before enrollment they given promises that the course is play after placement policy and i don’t need to pay till the getting job more than 7.5 LPA or upto 24 months.
They applied personal loan on me in the name of educational loan and it’s also sanctioned of amount 278000/- plus interest 19.57%.
The emi for this loan suddenly started from December 2022. The EMI amount was 10271/-, also the time of admission they told that they will provide scholarship for payment before EMI due date.
Also they provided scholarship till 4 months i.e. Dec 2022, Jan 2023, Feb 2023 & April 2023 and after that GeekLurn institute stops of providing EMI. I am stuck in this loan now because I already paid 2 EMI without geeklurn scholarship.
The course yet not completed, classes & institute is closed WEF May 2023 and also they not responding for any queries also not proper communication from there side .
As like me more than 2000 students are stucks in this spam/ fraud/ Scam.
Please help us to get out from this stuck or get out of rid from this loan because it’s not easy for me now also the finance partner Credenc Aggregator or facilitator of Aditya Birla Finance Ltd. (ABFL) calling me many times for paying emi and they harassing now .
Credenc web technologies Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon (Aggregator of Aditya Birla Finance Ltd.) are also cheated with me they actually disbursed whole amount of the Personal Loan in the name of Education Loan to the GeekLurn Edutech Services Pvt. Ltd. Institute, Bangalore directly in their personal account without my consent. That Personal Loan provide me at the rate of 19.57% which is very very high interest rate, but any bank actual rate of interest of Education Loan is 10% only. They making us fool. If it is a Personal Loan why disburse into GeekLurn institute personal account fully which is totally illegal. End if they said it is a Education Loan then why paid fully, they need to give it on Monthly basis, so nobody bloody institute done serious fraud with us more than 2000 innocent students across india.
So, dear RBI & other Media partners please raise this issue at all plateform or take strict action upon this serious issue immediately. GeekLurn Institute’s classes & institute itself had shut down or closed in May 2023. At the end cancel the Licence of such NBFCs who doing such bad fraudulent activities mutually with the institute. Why they are not checked the authenticity of the institute. If they checked the credibility of the institute before any agreement or disburse the loan amount then all students & their families are not falling down in such bad situation. This scam totally will bedone successfully with the mutual understanding between institute & finance partner. All these are mentally & physically torturing situation. We want to get out from these bad conditions. Otherwise last option is to commit sucide or nothing else.
We hope for better justice. We are helpless all. Take strict action towards this & want Loan closure.
