Hi sir / madam,
Yesterday I got the my July month’s electricity bill on MSEDCL app which is surprisingly extremely high. My consumer number is 170144080362. It should not be possible because I have paid my electricity bills toll June, even in the period of lockdown and all I have cleared all thr payments. My unit usage you can check maximum are 400-420 units. And bill comes at Rs 3,300 to 4300 maximum. I am attaching my bill payments history and current months bill for your reference. Current month’s bill is showing 1 month’s units 2,995 and bill amount Rs 26,070/- which is not possible and I am sure about it there is some mistakes happened. Because I am not running any factory at home. Just general residential uses… So please correct it and update it accordingly. In the period of lockdown everyone are facing financial crisis and to see this kind of unexpected and unpractical bills is very shocking. Please don’t send bills like this. I think even we combines my 4 months bills amount does not comes to this much. But it’s not a question since, I have paid my all the bills till June. So please do the needful and update my current months bill correctly. I usually pays my bills within 2 days once it generates on the app. That’s why there is unpaid electricity bills till now Please find the attachments for your reference. I have also filed a online complaint with the app and it’s token number screenshot also attached.. Please do the needful.
