Text of Complaint by Rishi Raj Singh:

I sent new product on meeshu but when returned from customer it had wrong item which was not mine. It had old and dirty item.
I made a video and clicked the photo of the return packet and then sent it to the Meeshu customer portal for return claim as per Meeshu’s policy.
Despite everything being correct, Meeshu refused to give the claim.
