I HAVE ORDERED A FOOD FROM ONE OF THE RESTAURANT MY ORDER NUMBER IS AND AFTER ORDERING WITHIN A MINUTE I HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER BOCZ THE PROMO CODE WAS NOT APPLIED WHILE MAKING THE PAYMENT ,SO I CANCELLED MY ORDER I HAVE EVEN CONFIRMED FROM THE RESTAURANT THAT THEY HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER OR NOT BUT THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAVE CANCELLED IT SO THERE IS NO CASE OF FOOD WASTAGE ANDÂ WHEN I CONTACTED ZOMATO THEY MADE AN EXCUSE SAYING WE CANNOT MAKE A REFUND AS OUR NEW POLICY. SO I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IF THEY TAKE SUCH A LONG TIME TO DELIVER THE FOOD HOW CAN THEY NOT MAKE A REFUND IF THE ORDER GETS CANCELLED IN LESS THAN A MINUTE IT IS A CLEAR SIGN OF LOOT. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS KIND OF THINGS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE ALSO LIKE STALE FOOD AND ALL THAT.
SO PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING A REFUND FOR MY ORDER .
