I purchased Aqua Guard Aqua Sure in the month of April . it is under warranty. My water purifier stopped working in the month of August 2021. I lodged my first complain on August 16th 2021 and after that i called them more than 4 times in last 2 months but no one has come to fix the problem. they sent one technician in august who came and clean the filter but it did not work so he said will send another technician who never came. every time i call them and get same answer that due to covid guidelines it might take some time. Either they fix the problem or send a new purifier as soon as possible.
