Red light warning coming and water filter not working . For this issue i had raised service complain and Eureka Forbes technician came and explain me all his plans for services and suggested to take the AMC for AQUAGUARD AURA RO+UV+UF+MTDS product . I had paid for gold plus AMC which cost me Rs – 4899 . He replaced the filter but still same issue exist .I had connected with customer care from last 4days onwards , still not getting any resolution for this . only they are giving wrong assurance .
There is no follow-up happening from company side for any complain . Without providing any resolution, they blocked my no also .Now i am unable to connect to get the status.
