I had placed an order with ethniqmania.com from an ad on Facebook which took me to their site on 8th June, 2020. The order was for the amount of ₹798 in all for two tops. I contacted them on the WhatsApp number they reached out to me on and confirmed the order via mail and WhatsApp. After 2-3 days the WhatsApp number which was shown as a business account was changed to a normal account and they had blocked me so I couldn’t contact them. I sent a mail enquiring about the order to their mail id provided online but there was no response. Then I contacted them on their fb account and they responded saying that it will be delivered within 4-5 days and then they blocked me. I haven’t yet received the order or a refund even after one and a half months. I’m attaching screenshots of confirmation mail and the chat in WhatsApp for reference.
