Being Christmas season I had ordered 13 articles from this website on 5th December and have also paid. They sent me a mail stating ” your order ready to be shipped”. Nearing Christmas date on not receiving the article tried calling them, but there was no response and the phone never rang, then wrote couple of reminders on the email stated on the website for which i received a mail on 25th December stating ” Sorry for inconvenience, I will check your status and try to revert as soon as possible.” I thought it could be an error and they would be genuine but today it is 11th of January and still i have not yet received my order. I would urge the consumer Complaint Court to take strict action against these kind of websites
