Dear team,
Due to covid I ordered grocery essentials like atta, paste, coffee powder etc in Amazon portal on June 2nd 2021 after payment completion it says delivery date is June 8 but 8th also not get delivered so I raised complaint several times customer executive said within 2 hours we will deliver but nothing happened suddenly few products they initiated refund without my confirmation again I called and asked without my confirmation how you initiated refund they did not replay properly and he will take action against seller and he dropped the calls. Still I did not receive the refund money and other products. Now in the Amazon portal i cannot raise compliant that option itself vanished. why I don’t known Amazon cheating customers. please support and need immediate action.
