Hi  Vodafone,

My number is  {Number deleted on request}.

What is the issue with your network , why it is dropping or disconnecting very frequently , are you not getting our recharged money ? or are you not paying enough to your team to keep up the network ?

Take my suggestion kick your “ higher management on ass “ throw them out and “ save that money “ and invest this money on improving hardware / tower quality of you network. I don’t know why these guys in higher management are getting paid if they are not auditing the escalation ??

And stop marketing your AD’s  like fastest and stronger network.

There 2 location  1 is where I am living and 2 is where am working

1st is Kale padal Hadpsar, pune

2nd is Magarpatta  Hadapsar Which is IT HUB

I have already escalated 3 – 5  months before regarding network on my home location Kale padal Hadpsar, pune but when they called in they just said we will upgrade the tower , However still network issue persist.

 Now its happening in Magarpatta  Hadapsar.

On both location your network is dropping frequently ,

And please don’t just call  and say we have done some background troubleshooting on your number and you will not face this issue again
