Dear Amazon Customer Support,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Nikita, and I am a trusted customer of Amazon. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent issues I have encountered with Amazon gift cards. I have always considered Amazon to be a reliable and trusted company, which is why I am particularly troubled by this unfortunate experience.

On several occasions, I have purchased Amazon gift cards from your platform to distribute them to my employees. However, when they attempted to redeem the gift cards, they were met with a message indicating that the coupons had already been used. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration for both my employees and me.

When I reached out to your customer care team for assistance, I was informed that the unauthorized use of these gift cards was the result of hacking activities. I must admit that I was quite shocked to hear this explanation, as I had never encountered such issues with Amazon before. This unfortunate incident has occurred in four separate cases, leading me to lose confidence in purchasing any further products or gift cards from Amazon due to the fear of potential scams.

I kindly request that your Amazon team thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate actions to resolve it promptly. Considering the circumstances, I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a refund of the four affected gift vouchers as soon as possible. I believe this resolution will help restore my faith in Amazon’s commitment to customer satisfaction and security.

I have always valued my relationship with Amazon and appreciate the convenience and quality of service your platform offers. Therefore, I hope that you will address this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.   1. I bought a card and put $150 on it went to use it only has $10 on it. I am trying to send a copy of the card and receipt to you.
