This is Vineet Singh. My contact number is 882 612 1477. I want to highlight my issue regarding the PNR number 70375. I have booked a bus ticket from Delhi to Auraiya on 24th of October 2019. The ticket which I received on an email contained an incorrect phone number of the Operator and there was no bus number as well. I tried to contact the paytm care on the same day itself and waited for about an hour for the paytm specialist to respond on that call but unfortunately I have not received any response from the paytm specialist I mark an email on the same time itself and I got the response on 25th that they are escalating the case and will get back to me within 7 working days. In the mean time, I board another operators bus from Durga travels by paying 2400 on real time basis. On 8 day, I contacted you guys again and one of your employee has connected me with the supervisor named Manish because there was no resolution updated for my complaint. This supervisor has again asked me to wait for next 24 hours for the resolution. I waited for next 48 hours and contacted you guys again today and the call got transferred to another supervisor named Amit. He stated that there is no resolution provided by the Operator so far and again asked me to wait for next 48 hours because they have not heard anything from the operator. Now I am not ready to wait any further because it was not my fault. It’s completely a fault of the operator and paytm care. Not only this, the supervisor named Amit has disconnected my called twice in the middle of conversation which has completely downgraded my impression for a big brand like paytm. This is totally unfair and I am going to escalate the same and place the complete issue on your social media pages well. please get this issue resolved on priority and I am anticipating a quick response and quick and stringent action against the supervisor name Amit.
