Subject: Escalation of Discrepancies in JioFiber After-Sales Service
Dear Sirs,
With deep regret and disappointment, I am writing to escalate the ongoing discrepancies in the after-sales services provided by JioFiber. I have been a JioFiber customer for the last 6-8 months, and during this period, I have consistently faced issues with the quality of service in my area.
I have raised approximately seven service tickets regarding the same problems, but the response has been far from satisfactory. The technician assigned to resolve the issue typically arrives 2-3 days after the scheduled time, failing to adhere to the ticket timelines. Each time I contact customer care, the representatives respond rudely, offering no solutions other than repeating that a technician will visit. This lack of punctuality and professionalism severely impacts both my work and business.
What is even more disheartening is that I am paying for a service that was promised to offer the highest quality with 99.9% uptime, which is clearly not being delivered.
