Gentle Reminder 6,
Airtel is unable to resolve the issue neither related to the misleading bills nor related to the service network.
That too at the most centralized location of Madhya Pradesh’s Capital city Bhopal.
Even after so many escalations at different levels, my issues are still as they are.
Airtel’s franchise/service center have been cheating the people by mis-selling their products.
Above all in continuation to the billing department’s side, “another bill has been generated” that too for services which have been barred for over 6 weeks.

Thanks for the response,
I escalated the issue initially in the month of Feb and since April month onwards my services have been kept on hold.
In context to the problem, we raised several complaints in the past couple of months. Please be informed that almost all the complains have been unnoticeably “closed” from the Airtel backend and the problem exists as it is. 
 
Pls find the details of ticket number as attached for your reference purpose. Though the problem persists for a long time, here are recently raised tickets details in the month of April & May.

1. It is truly unfair to charge the rental along with unnecessary charges, addon late fees & penalties etc for the month,                                                                                             where the entire service has been barred from the service provider end’s.
2. Instead of providing an appropriate resolution to Misleading Sales and Mis-information provided, related to the opted plan by “Airtel Center”.
    You are trying to portray it as customer’s incompetence for not opting for the “Umbrella Pack”.
3. This should be informed clearly instead I have informed the above mentioned Rs.7 Per/Min for UAE, while issuing numbers pack.
Considering this as an act of irresponsibility and misleading sale, If this would not get resolved on an immediate basis.
