I am facing serious issues with Vodafone operations team. I had visited Indirapuram store for Mobile number portability last year to port my number from Vodafone Jammu postpaid to Vodafone Delhi Prepaid but executive who attended me didn’t gave me complete information and without my consent she ported my number Vodafone Delhi Postpaid 399/- per month plan and after requesting to cancel this as she did it my by mistake which she admitted as well, she forced me to continue with it for 3 months and told me that she can’t do anything. Somehow I adjusted myself and thought of continuing with it for 3 months but later on I found incorrect personal details (incorrect name) on my bill due to which I faced lot of problems and even after requesting to update that multiple times it is still not updated.
Again I went to same Vodafone store after 3 months to convert my postpaid to prepaid and placed the request for conversion with same executive which again she confirmed that it is placed and handed over a new prepaid sim to me (please find attached file) and asked me that once current postpaid number will be inactive in 24 hrs you can insert this prepaid sim in your mobile phone and after this your number will be converted to prepaid successfully. It has been almost more than a month since I received this prepaid SIM but it’s not working.
I visited the same store again during mid of march to check the status of my conversion request but then she behaved very rudely and arrogantly which is totally unacceptable and on top of it I am getting bills to be paid every month which I shouldn’t actually since I placed prepaid conversion as it was all your operational & staff issues.
I request you to take strict action against that Vodafone store and kindly refund bill amount generated after my prepaid conversion request on pro rata basis. And also due to the present economic turmoil and instability in the job market due to Covid19, I have recently lost my job, hence it won’t be possible for me to pay the monthly postpaid bills. So, i request you to convert this number into prepaid asap.
