Dear Team,
I Ordered one product (Order ID # 1200573 77878773996101) from an
account +91 9730560672 , Courier deliver But there was empty box there
was no product which i ordered. i call customer case they raised
complaint & i received one of the escalation manager simply they said
Product was deliver to you with proper sealed & all.
Is this kind of service Myntra providing to customer now a day ?
pathetic experience from myntra .im loyal customer since long
Is there any escalation matrix for customer ???, if i’m not getting
proper response from Customer case Service team or escalation manager.
If escalation manager said it will be universal truth? irrespective of
customer experience is on toss.
some Supervisor who is apparently the PoC for escalations only to hear
“Sorry, we really can’t do anything from our end”!! In short, Myntra
is pathetic.. There is no use escalating.
Myntra has become the worst e-commerce website
