- We initiated the home test report for May 8th 2021. The apollo diagnostic failed to provide the lab results in time, we tried to contact Apollo diagnostics multiple times. Then finally they sent a report mentioning the the result is intermediate, means sample not received properly to lab by the executive. So they needed to retake the test, as mentioned in the below report.
when we requested to Apollo diagnostics to take the re-test, they keep hanging up and not responding to customer, they are not initiating the refund nor the are rescheduling the test.
we are stuck with our money, without the correct results after paying the amount haven’t received the services.
We are still chasing the company for the money, we have finally decided to seek help from consumer court.
For performing the below four test in apollo clinic- lipid profile, hba1c test, post fasting and pre fasting test apollo charged us 1900/. When I looked in other dianostics and also in online using apollo247 they are charging us 700/-. Huge price variation and they are blatently ripping consumers money with almost tripe the price.
