Very worst services provided by Paytm.
I received XXX amount from my friend as I was in need of some urgent cash.
After receiving the amount, that amount was reflecting in my Paytm wallet but was not added to my bank account which was perfectly linked with my wallet using BHIM UPI.
After that, I was trying to transfer that amount into my bank account but it was showing an error saying that “Money transfer failed because money cannot be transferred to same UPI address”
I was really frustrated at that time because the UPI and KYC was perfectly done but still, my money was into the worst wallet ever, i.e., Paytm
Still, I am not able to transfer that amount to my bank account.
I have to ask a friend and then I have to transfer that amount into his/her account to access my own money.
I would highly recommend everyone to stop using Paytm and uninstall the app,
Use Tez or phonepay instead because they are giving perfect service.
