Sir/Medam, In addition my present postpaid plan (Rs199/-) on mobile number 7889853917, I have paid Rs 399/- erroneously on 04 Mar 20 for another plan, however I am not want to activate it. Therefore, may I request you to credit my Rs 399/- against my present postpaid plan or refund the amount. Thanks
