Hi I am HARVINDER Singh I am from jammu I bought a broadband connection 20 days back I paid for six months in advance from the date it has been installed it is not working as per my satisfaction and there is no speed neither we can open the sites nor make internet calls even after registering lot of complaints on their customer care number nobody has addressed to my complaint I have made not less than 20 complaints on telephone but every time I have been given assurance but no one addressed to my complaint It is a matter of disgrace for a company like Airtel which claims that they are number one in the internet and network kindly help me to get my issue resolved or get my money back as a refund.
