Calling No of Consumer– 9028683334 , Name of the Company- Flipkart, Product- Printer , Model– EPSON L3150, Order no– 118140595609429000, Date of transaction/Purchase– 19/03/2020 , Registered Email with Company– 9422948717 , Registered Mobile No with Company– mayurlokhande22@yahoo.com , Amount paid- 11,999/- , Details- As per the me , i placed an order on dated 19/03/2020 for a EPSON 3150 printer. The defective printer was delivered by the company 23/03/2020. I consulted with both the company but my issue was not resolved. So i wanted to replace or repair the product but did not get response from the company. So I called at NCH to lodge a grievance my complaint no 2012321 in this regards. I wants that the company should replace or Repaired the product as soon as possible. Iam flipkart plus members 1 year’s but not happy to service till this issue. I will very disappointed, I also recive call Escalation team 2 month ago 1.Arpita sinha 2. Noor khan he said wait April 18 , I waited , my products warranty are gone 4 months, I not in use , I want extended warranty this product and replacement.
