We need to change the entity name on our 23 corporate numbers. Currently the connection are running on the name of “Chocies Entertainment India Pvt. Ltd.” and we have to change all the numbers on the name of “Event Management Group”. For which we have already submitted all the neccessary documents on 31st July 2018 at Vodafone Store, Kalkaji, New Delhi. Its 6 months have been completed since the request and all the necessary documents submitted. When we have asked the status then they asked again to submit the updated bank statement of the current entity. And since last 2 months we are following the same to vodafone customer care but no one is responding in a proper way even our RM does not picked up the phone any time.
