Hi,

I have recharged my Dads Vodafone no. 9619174020 yesterday for Rs. 95(56 days pack), as per the pack it allows local/national calls for 2.5p/sec but from yesterday he was not able to make calls, the incoming facility is fine, kindly confirm where is the issue. Today morning i have called the customer care service and they have redirected me to 9820098200 but tried reaching this no. as well but not able to connect, kindly help sorting this issue ASAP.
