I placed an order on oneplus for the oneplus nord buds on 10th of june
The expected date of delivery was 15th but they delivered it on 11th only as i was out of town and came back on 15th only so i opeded the box and it was empty. I usually make videos of new product to be safer side so i complained them and sent the video
They are denying service saying it was uploaded after 24 hours of receiving the product
As the product was delivered way before the expected the delivery time i wasnt available
And 24 hour window doesnt justify the empty box case
Oneplus please investigate properly and provide with my buds cause you cant excuse empty boxes saying it wasnt opened within 24 hours
