I have ordered poco m3 mobile and cctv camera with 1080 mp . and my order id is 9643075-6012200-2066181 and 1673175-6813200-2066181 . i received my package 11/5/2021 but it was empty so tried to contact seller but he is not responding and his phone is switched off. So I contacted POPSHOP.IN and they were saying that “We would like to inform you that as per the tracking validation shipping mode was selected as self shipping instead of PopShop shipping by the seller. Kindly note that if the seller has selected the shipping method as self shipping we were not able to check or provide any information regarding that particular shipment.” please help me that. thank you
