Hi All
I hope this post finds you well. I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Myntra that has left me quite disappointed and concerned. I placed an order, but unfortunately, received an empty packet instead. I had ordered Louis Phillips blazer worth Rs 4200/- .I promptly reached out to Myntra’s customer service, expecting a swift resolution. However, their response has left me quite dissatisfied.

Despite providing clear evidence of the empty packet and explaining my situation, I was met with a denial of any responsibility on their part. As a loyal customer who has consistently supported Myntra, this experience has shaken my confidence in their commitment to customer satisfaction.
The situation became quite surprising when, despite raising the concern multiple times with the support team, they chose to close the issue without resolving it and even went as far as removing the option to reopen it.

I believe that every company should uphold its promises and prioritize customer concerns. While I understand that errors can happen, it’s crucial for brands to address these issues transparently and responsibly.
