I bought earrings for my wife. Her birthday was today. So I didn’t open it immediately. There was a gift pack and when we opened it there was a small torn bag inside and there were no earrings inside (see theAttached picture) . I was so sad to see this.
i can’t believe that such a thing can happen with amazon. The package looked fine but there were no ratings but only labels were inside.
Please look into it at your earliest and send me the item. Believing amazon as a trusted online platform I ordered such a valuable thing online. I will certainly put strong negative feedback online if this is not attended immediately.
