I had ordered one plus 10r phone from Amazon on 1st. On 4th I received my order but the phone was missing from the box. On complaining to Amazon they told to Waite for 5 days and on the 5th day they tell me that they cannot do anything about it as the item has been send by them and also they said to me do what ever I want.. I have been calling till date to help me but I am not reciving any reply
