I order a Bluetooth headphones . My order id is 8100466959. I received the box on 2 may 2019 and it was fully sealed. There is no temper from the outside of box. After 15 min of receiving when I open the box , then I found one more box i.e. headphone box but it was empty. I immediately call customer care and register an complain. The executive of customer Care say to me that after investigation they will contact me . After 2 day , one message come from Paytm that they need images of box from all side as well as with weighing machine, I Will send immediately. Then after 3 days they will message that according to their investigation, they will delivered right product and they will not able to refund my money. I repeatedly call in their customer Care and reopen my case 3-4 times but all time they send same message that they will not able to refund my money. I say them thousand times that I not received the product, I just received empty box but they don’t believe it . Please help me to get my money back.
