I have bought realme Buds Q2 on 20th Aug along with zebronics earplugs (order id -402-7107784-2531528). on 21st Aug parcel arrived at 1210 PM and when i have opened it i got the zebronincs earplugs. but box of real me buds was tempered. i opened it and there was no charging box and not even earbuds. it had charging cable and extra rubber buds. I have contacted amazon customer care and they said you will get refund or replacement, we will check and get back by 24th Aug.
And today they said we have delivered the parcel intact and we cant refund or replace.
I am using amazon from last 7 years and ordered stuff costing 30k as well , it never happened. why amazon thinks that such old customer would steal the small amount stuff.
I have paid for the product and i need the same , they cant get away like this.
