I have raised a ticket 586661 under which I have got a replacement fire bolt informed me that the product is not available out of stock and you will get a coupon code and today morning I have received the product with an empty It just a box the product was missing I have received each and everything the charges in the product was missing I am really frustrated with fire bolt I want my money back I don’t want to buy anything from you guys fireworld a very bad service just raise a coupon or give me my money back please resolve my issue as soon as possible
