Dear Sir/Maam,

I was facing a charging and backup issue in my Boat Watch Wave Fit so I raised an issue for replacement one week ago.

Today I had received a box which is empty with no replacement watch, I had also raised an issue against empty box received with no watch.

My complaint number is 26578842 and I am also attaching the pictures of the courier.

I beg to have an escalated process on this complaint.
