Text of Complaint by Charu:

I ordered 3 necklaces from ajio on 27 august 2022. The day I got the package I could feel that the packet was really lightweight so I opened the packet in front of the delivery guy, to my utter shock the packet just had an empty box inside with a bill rolled in it. I couldn’t refuse delivery as it was prepaid so I chased the delivery guy and he said it’s not his job and that I should talk to customer care agent. I talked with customer care officer instantly and also provided them with pictures. I have been waiting for more than month now. This is the fifth Or sixth time my complaint has been reopened ,they always close it without any proper resolution. After numerous failed attempts of chats and calls this complaint is my last hope of getting a refund from them.
