On the 6th of February, I ordered a firebolt Ninja smartwatch, on the 8th of Feb I received the package but I was astonished to saw there was no product inside the box.
Then i placed a return and refund request and Amazon cancelled the request.they created requested and told me that they will give a resolution and then i came to know that my refund request was rejected. While informing them regarding the empty box delivery i provided every evidence like unboxing videos and photos still they are ignoring my concern. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
